One Must Be Deep *DOJEON 8:26
26 “All people have a capacity either great or small—be one of great capacity, for those of small caliber are easily swayed and can be swept away by even the slightest wind.
2 “One must be deep. All destined for greatness already possess a mind both vast and deep and so think magnanimously and remain indifferent to trivial matters. 3 Hence, do not cling to what has been; strive for what is to be.”
사람이란 깊어야
1 사람이란 크고 작고 간에 틀이 있나니 큰 틀이 되어야지, 작으면 내둘리기 쉽고 바람만 불어도 날아가기 쉬우니라.
2 사람이란 깊어야 한다. 크게 될 사람은 벌써 마음이 두루 깊어서 널리 생각하고 소소한 일은 개의치 않느니라.
3 그러니 너희들은 돌아오는 일에 힘쓸 것이요, 지나간 일은 힘쓰지 말라.
